Called Formula Seven the cars are based on the Lotus/Caterham Seven format, rear wheel drive two seaters. All cars are powered by a sealed 600bhp supercharged V8 produced by TVR. There is no telemetry data allowed to be sent via radio between car and pits, so the passenger basically acts as an on board telemetry engineer, all cars must have two occupants and the driver/passenger combos are all handicapped to the same weight. The race series includes, long circuit, short circuit, sprint and drag racing events. The featured car is BMW's prototype in test three weeks before the first event of the series" Ok so basically the car is a cross between BMW, Caterham and a street rod.
