Description

My first joint venture working with the amazingly talented Andy Simmons. The picture was set up by me in Photoshop including the tree, the woman, and the background trees. Andy added the amazing foilage, did some touch ups on the woman and the tree, and basically "styled" up the whole image. I could not have completed this image without Andy's help, and I hope this is just the start of many more images to come from working with him.

Holy Fantasy Statman - does this mean us lowly single artists are in trouble? I can only say dear LadyJane - that I went into a state of shock when I opened this render to find a collaboration between the two artists out there whose work I admire most. I've long been a fan of Hobbit's work and I so greatly admire what the man can make Bryce do. As you well know after two years, I've been an avid fan of your work. Now with a joint composition by the two of you, I think I best retire from art and posting to these forums. This render is so beautiful, and one of the things I really love about it is so small that it may even sound silly - but the little wreath crown of flowers the fair damsel wears in her hair, contain the blue and yellow flowers upon the ground, and the red flowers gracing the tree's foliage. What a perfect image - my congratulations and envy to both of you...and a definite vote.

When it comes to true 2D scene arrangement, I have a hard time finding something that compares to the quality of this piece. It has movement, flow, depth and a magical character that invites the viewer to gaze at the details for a long period of time. Beautiful and inspiring work from the two of you and a tribute to your amazing skill levels.

The combination of you two is simply amazing. Such beautiful work. However Becca I believe in you enough that I think you could have done this on your own as well. :) You just have such a talent that has yet to show your full capability. Maybe one day you can show me how you paint such beautiful models with such detail. :)
