Description
I had this small camera, and I shot with it more than I did with my weapons. I knew this was history being made and that I myself might become history, so I wanted to capture it forever.
For someone, this was the wrong door at the wrong time.
This was a Panamanian Police station.

Frank, you FINALLY allowed comments! :) Just wanted to say that you've chosen possibly the most perfect title for this photo -- puts the viewer in the same frame of mind as the one you were in when you took the picture and puts the presented image into the proper context. An illustration to the tradegy and irony in life, the senseless violence. After JUST watching a Dateline special on the week in the life of America (35 youths dead by gun violence in the span of 7 days), this image is especially meaningful to me. War or no war, those bullet holes carry a message all their own.

I'm glad you're posting these images...they certainly do have a lot of meaning and I guess bring us down to earth...

I saw liquid fire come down on this building the night it was attacked. It came in the form of a 'Spectre Gunship'. In the blink of an eye, I saw nothing but red fire (tracers) fall into the roof of this building with pinpoint accuracy. It sounded like a disgusting belch. That's how close together the bullets were fired.
