Description

Had no idea what to call this one - 'Hairy Leap' came to mind, but didn't think it gave the right impression! ;) Anyway, it's basically more of me learning postwork! Let me know what you think!

Very pretty motion and the cloth and hair work are coming along beautiully. Again you should be very proud of your progress. If there's one thing that needs attention, it's the use of a sun in the left corner of the image and direct lighting on the front of the character. I know images are fantasy based, but this is one area where a little more realism adds to the mood (I wou;d kill the sun and use your direct lighting only). That's just my opinion so let me stress again that you're really doing beautiful work in terms of image composition, concept and delivery. Really great job Jo!

Thanks both - and please thank Mel for her brushes, Andy - couldn't do it without them! I agree about the sun - I get a bit frustrated with backgrounds overall, because I just want to get on and do the postwork on the hair and clothes - I suppose that's next on my list to work on! One of these days I'll manage a complex/interesting background at the same time as an interesting foreground! LOL! Just makes me admire all the more those (like yourself, that Fantasy Ride image was wonderful) who can do it all!

This is absolutely gorgeous,,, the postwork is superb,,, I love the total composition, the HAIR is truly a work of art,, Awesome job on all points,,Excellent++++ :-)
