Description

I made up a character, drew her, and modelled her in 3ds max. Tell me wat you all think. I'm trying to make her animatable right now, but it's kind of a pain. I really regret modelling her arms pointing towards the ground, now her shouylders messed up everytime i try move it. I'm also trying t odecide which is better the cell shaded version or the normal version. My goal was to head more towards anime style. anyways thanks for viewing!

ditch the cell shading or reduce the ammount of shades of colors light produces. i think the normal version is better though. She should also looks a bit annorexic, her stomach goes way to far in compared to her boobs. Her cheeks need more meat on them too. Sorry to sound negative, but those are the only problems really. Great job on making it look similar to ur drawing though. It just needs a little more work, thats all.

I agree with Noodles2go. A bit more volume on the place of the ribs. Yeah, the arms down... I would suggest to select the arm (poly's or vertices) and rotate and tweak, zo that the basic position is horizontal before making her animatable. Nice modeling according the drawing!! The legs could be a little bit longer for me. I would like shading with less colors more too I think.
