I like this, it's a very interesting character and you have done well.

He looks very good (better than anything I've come up with) but my only critique would be the hair and clothing. The clothing looks kind of stiff and not as flowing as most clothes. Although I know that the hair is supposed to be spikey, it's a little too spikey. Perhaps you could smooth it out a little while maintaining the feel you want.

Very nice character with very nice face! I like the expression you gave him too! The hans are too small. They should be able to cover the face. You didn't choose the easiest hairstyle, but found a creative solution :). Some draping of the clothes and he'll be ready to go!
