Description

Credits: V3 by Daz, face morph by me Peacock tail by Daz (the big feathers in front) Elowen "Blue" by Blackhearted and Rio (texture was converted for V3. The original got washed out in all the postwork. Still must give credit where credit is due) and a picure of a peacock feather that's been sitting in my hard drive for a couple years all chopped up, rotated, scaled, and distorted to give the illusion of a headpiece. ~***~ Well, today begins another term in school, so I decided last night to sqeeze out a quickie image before kissing my freedom goodbye, and what's faster than a portrait, right? RIGHT? Well, it took longer than I thought. I was going to do a simple black and white (with color accents for the eyes and lips) of a 30's looking lady, but then I thought, hmmm, adding a peacock feather would be cool, and it snowballed from there. :) Praise and helpful comments are always welcome and appreciated. :) Thanks for looking!

First what a creative idea using the daz peacock tails. :) Looks excellent and the background image blends well with everything. The lighting seems a bit harsh or maybe just the shadows on her face seem a little harsh. She's a beaut! Otherwise and excellent portrait!

I love the work you have done here..., the great variety of colours, patterns and shapes..., very interesting what you did with the highlights as a mean of abstraction, like very much, BTW that is a very cute face... Great work...!!! keep on going Joey...:-)
