I've loved creating all my life.
Sounds so cliché I know, but it's true. I love many types of mediums, as well as just doing something creative like writing, refinishing furniture or trying our a new recipe. Anything that let's me have fun and find ways of exploring my world in new & interesting ways.
I'm a self confessed amateur photographer
I'm not a professional photographer. I'm as amateur as can be, but I do so love to take photos and always have. I love to view the world through a lens. I love how it narrows my view to the one thing I'm concentrating on in the universe at that very moment in time. It's just me and the object I see in the view finder and nothing else. I love the peace and solitude of taking photos and I love to see the world in new and different ways.
"To see the world in a grain of sand, and to see heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hands, and eternity in an hour." ~~William Blake

stunned over here! they're all excellent ... just wondering, it's the floors. can't be too picky, and don't really know what would improve'm, and normally they'd be great. maybe it's 'cause i dig the rest so much , i was expecting too much, call it contrast in level of detail. still excellent and a big success in your experiments!

Yea lemonjim , I don't really get into gold carpeting much myself, but I was trying it out to see how the texture was going to work. It's not bad, but it would look better if I could have given it some depth, some plushness...you know? Maybe next time I'll try using terrain instead of the flat plane? Thanks for the comments guys!
