Bryce 5/Corel Photopaint 10.
Always wanted to do an aerial view of a landscape. Here is our contribution. No postwork what so ever was done on the water.
Please share your thoughts on our work.

I've always liked light houses. They are so strong and big...guiding men into the embrace of a peaceful "port". Just love the sea textures...

This is stunning! Beautiful textures, overall soft render, and incredible POV! Another Hot20 for sure (I'll make my part to this purpose :))

Fantastic wild sea-water!

Looks like a scene from Myst--every detail is beautiful!

Very dramatic POV, awesome scale. A real beauty!

I love this very very very much. I am even tempted to look into the window just check who's there! Awesome waves and water texture. And it gives me a nice sensation of 'hight'.

Very Talented!! Can you say tutorial!

Very good pic. That water looks great, and the POV is good too. Well done.

Really terrific in concept and execution. The one minor additipon I would make would be to have a little foamy bits of volumetrics around the base of some of the islands to give them a feeling of sinking into a busy sea. Otherwise it gets a vote from me

TOP WORK, LOVE THE SEA MAT AND THE POV.
sackrat
Very good work. No post !? Damn !

ALLOW ME TO MAKE ONE THING CLEAR. POSTWORK WAS DONE ON THE PICTURE AS A WHOLE, BUT NONE SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO THE WATER. IT APPEARS AT IT IS BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THE WATER MAT USED, NOT BECAUSE OF ANY SPECIFIC POSTWORK APPLIED TO IT.

L.W.Perkins has right. It looks like a scene from Myst. I love Myst and Riven. I like such perspective. I can feel myself like a bird. Great work!

I love the feel it gives a little work on waves breaking on the rocks would finish this excellent piece of work.BM

WOW!!! Everyone has said it all. The water was the first thing that caught my eye. I was thinking how did they do it; postwork? Then I read your info! THAT IS fantastic water!!! That's just what it should look like, sloshing back and forth against the many rocks. That's a very unique looking lighthouse also.
