Description

This is a water color I just did of a place I photographed up in the CO Rockies back a few yrs. ago when I lived in CO. I think I was up on a ridge close to the, if not right on, Continental Divide if I remember correctly. It was kind of wet in the stream up there. Not really, actually it is not a stream, but it kind of turned out to look like a stream because I painted it blue, not the more earthy tone of the not of stream as it was actually ground as my photograph indicates. I did not post a photograph with this, but believe me, this is not a stream. Now it is though, because I painted it as one, at least in my painting of this place of such a grand view. It is hard to do justice to such an awesome sight, as even the photograph, and a somewhat novice painter, I get confused ocassionally, and impatient. I am somewhat pleased with the final results, impatient or not, and TY for looking. -Peace

Aaaah! I admire Your Honesty, and the Blue Water looks Cool. I cannot even Paint the Ceiling without making it look like a Grafitti Attack. The Watercolor emits "Serenity"...and, if You ever become a Famous Artist ...I am in a Position, to cash in on it. You have done well, my Friend :)

Thank You All for such kind comments, and words of inspiration. :-) (I would not say such self-defeating things gallimel, and Tedz, I am sure both of You could do great watercolor paintings, seriously :-)
