Description

Poking through -*- Having a dialog with bigkahuna (Frank Chase) of Hawai'i, we decided this set of mangrove roots deserved special attention. Thanks to Frank for his very clear photograph of these choice specimens, now plastered into a wall in Bryce. -*!*- Thanks very much, Frank. (www.chasedesigns.com) I really like your roots, and your lava! Not to mention Verne and the Nautilus. -*- Thanks for poking your n..., well, thanks! [and special thanks to those of you who enjoyed or perhaps simply 'endured' all my flowers postings]

The render is perfect, the assembling too. But it's the idea that really rocks (or, better, woods...) here, Jim. Indeed fantastic.

Interesting and imaginative, I like how you've displaced the action, and the roots really are great!

Top part of the image is perfect and impressive indeed, but somehow i have the feeling that this degraded by the lower part of the image, which is a tad too "standard Bryce".
