Description

This is an architectural detail of the "garuda" figures encircling the outside walls of Wat Phra Kheo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha). Each figure is about 500mm in height, not sure how much of it is in gold but it certainly looks impressive. Taken in Bangkok, Thailand. Thank you for taking the time to look.

Very cool Moe! From the angle you've captured them in, they look as if they go on into infinity!

So you travel as well. I've been to 36 countries so far, with many more to go. I spent two years in Thailand 1969 and 1971, while in the USAF. Lovely image. Time to go back there.
