The lighting and color seem suitable for an adventuring tale-- simple and brightly shown with a few intricate touches like that incredible wizards coat and the delicate face of the boy. Is he Grim? by any chance? I think it would work just a bit better if the main characters were on a slant-- say towards the bridge more. Would make the movement more dynamic. The Trolls also look a tiny bit less textured than the whole. Maybe a bit of noise??
