Kutter
I like this pic, I like it a lot infact, but there are a few things I would change. The sheep close up look like there made from rock or something similar. The others look much more natural. I'd try and put some more detail in the ground textures, I see too much of one colour here. The textures on the buildings is very good, especially the round tower one, however I dont like the green roof to the left, or the bridge. Both of these need some work. They don't fit with the others very well. Also I would change atmosphere. Perhaps just load in all the defaults till something catches your eye and then tweak it from there. I would also try and put some more foliage around the waterline, and possibly a few more trees to give more shadow and contrast. Sounds like huge critisism, but its not... I just think this is already a great picture, with potential to be classic :).

I like the composition of this Richard, and the buildings look great. I agree with Kutter regarding the textures on the ground and additional plants; the postwork along the water would be much less apparent with some other vegetation.
