"Now, my friends, all that is true, all that is noble, all that is just and pure...fill your thoughts with these things." (Philippians 4:8)
Five years ago I quit my teaching job and have been doing my art and photography professionally. Although I am new to the business, and money is scarce a lot, it is very rewarding to me. It has been years since I have posted on this site and I have missed talking to you guys. I hope some of you at least will remember me.

Excellent work Lorraine! A child playing in the sand brings back many happy memories of my childhood.

For me it was amazing before.. so imagine now.. Faultless.. but I know you're a perfectionist, even more than I am :)Still.. I can't see any possible way to make this better :)

Okay...I've sat here for about five minutes now, staring, trying to critique, but I can't find anything wrong with this picture...couldn't see anything wrong with the first version either L Great work Lorriane, keep it up hugs

This is much better than the other one. Definitely like your use of light and shadowing. John John definitely looks like he's been out in the sun (I think he's starting to burn). Has a nice bright "at the beach" tonality to it as opposed to a "digging in the desert" kind of look. Love all the little details in it. Leave it be sis, it's great ;D

Wow, this is just beautiful. I know I'm repeating myself, but I can't help it. This is just gorgeous. He is so much into the "work" he is doing, and you captured it marvelously. Excellent!!!!!
