I did this for the C4D competition but never submitted it (wasn't very happy with it) but I figured I should post it here anyway :) /Anders

Incredible composition and colors! Really like the expressions on the bowling pins faces....Lighting is perfect. Really inspiring to see so much detail.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it :) The whole scene took about a week to model and another week or so to texture and rig up the lighting (one parallell light as main source and one small omni as fill).

I think its a great scene, but again I think you need to focus in on the centre of interest, maybe by lighting the extraneous details down a bit... I said that with the pistol scene.... lol. Every object in the scene carries the same 'weight'of interest.

What, on God's good earth, didn't you like about this? This is amazing not just in quality, but in the massive amount of work it entailed. Absolutely exceptional. Some of the very finest 3D work I have seen to date, anywhere.

Cant believe you didn't submit this!? - it would have been a winner I think! - it is superb work!!!! - I think it would be stronger with some selective lighting/shadowing to focus the attention on the main character and activity though, but it's beyond excellent anyway!!.
