That's really nice. Is antialiasing onto best though? Sort of similar idea to my teamphotoshop logo...http://cyblingdesign.com/images/atlas2.jpg based on Atlas. Great work!

I get the feeling that the shadows are wrong, and that if it's not there, it could have done with some caustics. Of course, you're playing with HDRI, not those things.
