Modelling and texturing look very fine! :)
But I do have an issue with the lighting, it has no source. It would be cool to place some lights in between some geometry to suggest more activity and create more atmosphere in the scene. A good way to test different light settings would be by trying out GI. (perhaps Brazil?)

I agree. Some lightsources between the structures would look good. It already looks much better than "Future Patrol" and I am glad that you combined some different metal types and materials. Some dust and steam would look good too and perhaps some oil or other liquids. Render on! :D
