I am teaching myself Max.I am getting the hang of placing lights, I still have quite a few questions though about lighting. but I think that I kinda like this one. Of course I see a plenty wrong but its a stepping stone. Your encouragement is appreciated. Leave comments please.

looks very good so far. i like the walls a lot. lighting seems to be okay in this scene.

Looks really nice and the lighting is quite good. The perspective looks a bit weird and the texture on the left hand wall needs tiling more than once so the tiles are square like on the back wall. Also the realtionship between the floor and the bottom of the toilet/bath legs is a bit indistinct and the view through the window looks a bit confusing.

Chikken mentioned the most important things already. I personally would like some more privacy! :) Perhaps this scene could inspire you to try some interior lightning instead of lighning from outside? I love the materials and you even have paper for me!

wicked image mate. i love the lighting and think it works really well, the only improvement in this area i can suggest to you is to up the contrast maybe. the window would appear much brighter than the walls surrounding it. other than that, you've done a great job and in comparrison to some of the pap we all see on here, i think this pic more than deserves a ranking of excellent.
