Description
rhinos from daz (excellent model and texture map), rendered in vue. didn't need a whole lot of touchup (would've needed less if i re-rendered to fix a texture problem... but oh well.) read the whole story at my gallery. ;) http://bloodsong.3dmenagerie.com/

Beautiful job Bloodsong-- it's about time you posted something here! No but seriously, you are the MASTER at animal scenes, and this is one of the best I think I've ever seen from you. "Comments for how to improve this"? Yeah, tell everyone I did it! ;)

The eky and rhinos are wonderful! I think the vegetation needs a bit more variety in its texture -- the trees are fine, I mean the dry bush. Seems a little too allover-yellow...matching the hill (volcano??) in the background. Okay? It said I was supposed to provide helpful comments for improving the image. That task done -- way to go on catching up with the Vue forum challenges! LOL to that! :)

Crank up the resolution (4000x3000) and you could even start to take on the wildlife artists, I purchased Vue3 recently and have been playing - it certainly needs processing power - get a dual 1GHz with at least 512MB Ram and access to a 4ft wide colour inkjet and start on some posters (print onto canvas material direct)... keep at it you could give the traditional painters a go for their money.
