Description


This plant comes in many forms so I used its common name. (Latin isn't my strong suit). It is also popular in Scottish stately homes because of its thistle like appearance. For me I just like the way the feathery foliage creates a halo effect in sun light. I hope that you all like this one. Thanks for stopping by.. Joe :o)

I love what you done here. Those contrasts of dark and light, blue and yellow, soft and sharp. This one is most beautiful of its kind I have seen. Great work!

Thanks everyone for your comments. Just for the record, apart from my name placement, post work was used to slightly darken the back ground to reduce the emphasis of the blue flowers that would otherwise distract.
