Description

Hopefully the last of my old scenes re-rendered on the faster machine. Hours of playing with bryce materials trying to come up with convincing spotlights and I would have done better in PhotoShop. When the render finished it was so boring I took it into PhotoShop and did the mossy old lense flare trick anyhow. Everything is custom.. the robot modeled in Ray Dream as was ship and valve boxes...tanks, stairs, runway lights, buildings are all done with Bryce primitives. About 60 lights, which explains the long render times. I should add...total lack of textures was intentional. Going for sort of the over-clean look of some of the Tom Swift inside illos I loved.
