Description
Robert Mitchum, an icon of the 40's,
50's, and 60's made more than 100 films
over these three decades.
I sketched this with references
to public domain photos and another
PSP Tube from JCW Designs. The outer
frame, inner matting (my work), the
eye brush, the horse head on the hat brush,
and the shadowing were all done through PSP8.
The sketch was done with 5H and HB pencil.
Thanks for stopping by...I hope you like it...Cheryl

Robert Mitchum, the actor and singer, will always stand out for his role in "Thunder Road." This is because I visited Oak Ridge, Tennessee vicinity in 1956 all summer and came to know the Ridgerunners Car Club and the older bootleggers around the area. If anyone thinks there is any truth in these occurances that is up to you. Cheryll you have him at another time before the hooded eyes. That may be the whole story. Enjoying every excuse and abandonment.

This new series and style seems to suit the portraits perfectly Cheryl. Robert has one of the most difficult faces to try and capture well done again..
