Description
This is a non-digital (35 mm camera) photo with Kodak B&W film. I took this photo a while ago when I went hiking at Priest Point Park in Olympia, WA where I live. (Scanned with my Canoscan, and GIMP for postwork; unsharpen mask, resized)Thanks for looking, Peace :-)

You don't get ugly lines all over your scans with your Canoscan I see. You are lucky. That's why I had to get rid of mine. Excellent photo and good scan of a beautiful tree. I like the look of the B&W film. :)

Awesome perspective of height adds depth and age along with the moss. Isn't B&W photography great? Gets you out of the mode of taking pictures just because of colors and not because of the subject itself.
