Married to Claire, aka PurpleJelly, a not-currently-active member here. We have two children, Samuel and Ilona. Sam has recently been diagnosed with autism and Ilona appears to be pretty much the same but we're awaiting the outcome of further tests. We all share our house with nine (yes, nine!) cats. Good job it's a big house.
Due to the little ones, I don't spend as much time here as I used to, but I'm intending to spend more time working on my modelling and hopefully selling a few bits and pieces here. I have an extensive range of Dalek models available in Freestuff, and at least one other non-Dalek freebie. More freebies will be forthcoming as time allows, including - but not limited to - more Dalek stuff and perhaps the odd bit of scenery and general SF stuff.

Dramatic image. Lots of emotional content. To me, it looks like a depiction of a person who is haunted and tormented by past events. The ocean could symbolize an attempt to wash away those memories, or perhaps it is the waves that are rolling these memories to the fore? Possibly, the ocean could symbolize an escape, such as the route chosen by Virginia Woolf. Lots of food for thought here.

Damn, but this picture is definitely worth the proverbial 1000 words. My only suggestion would be to work on the cliff perspective a bit more. Though if you're going for an impressionistic effect that may not be necessary.

aprilrosanina - you're right about the cliffs. I always knew the pic was never going to win any awards for technical merit, so I'm not too concerned with that for the moment. pookah69 - not past events, these are very recent and ongoing happenings. I think I chose the sea because I have a fear of drowning, so to me it represents the unstoppable force which eventually overwhelms us all. ilona - my thanks, and my warmest regards, as always. You provided the means for me to complete this image. I love your imagination and your beautiful heart. Tom42 - many thanks. I'm pleased you liked it enough to comment. The egotist in me always reacts well to praise.

well, i had to think a lot to find out that it ought to be cliffs... but great idea and great realisation too... i know how cruel those haunting "ghosts" can be... had the same in school at the stairways every day...
