I think your really off to a good start. A few things that strike me: her eye lids need to lay down more on the eyes. They seem to be jutting out a bit. The side view of her nose still doesn't seem just there...it may be that from the nose down the face needs to be pushed back a little. The nose and lips shape is perfect!

Great work so far!! What strikes me is that the wings of the nose seems a bit thin, and the ears witch I know is very hard to do looks a little strange. Would have been nice to see a wire frame also , makes it easier to comment.
