Description

Welcome, welcome, well come on in. This is ShadowWind Manor. You're just in time. There's a party in your honor. Hurry now, wouldn't want to be late for the Spooky Pie. I liked this model because I'd been looking for something creepy like it, and not having the modeling skills to do the Manor officially (from the rough drawings I have), used this great mesh. - Oh and I promise I'll go onto some other subject. Wanted to do this scene for awhile now, but once I got the house, was fun to play around with it and some other things. Didn't really have a plan on what it was going to look like before I started, except a general idea... Comments welcome. Vue/Poser/Photoshop The background and house was rendered in Vue, Karloff, the butler, was rendered in Poser, and the whole thing was brought into Photoshop where lots of elements were added. Note: I've still been feeling really out of it. Being sick sucks, so again haven't been able to get to everyone's images. I apologize for that. I'd like to say that it's going to change, but not sure... Wow.. This is so fun! I have to tell you though if the balcony were up front instead of to the side.. this would be the house I lived in ..when I was a kid..in Morgan City Louisiana.

fantastic, shadow. i expect to see uncle fester sharpening the fence points.... and the kids boiling some oil ...to greet the passersby. don't you? this could be the opening of "the addams family".

This looks awesome!!!!! I love all the green haze and the creepy guy at the gate. This looks almost exactly like the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland, buy way cooler.

Magnificent work - a blend of craftspersonship [isn't that a clumsy word!] and inspiration. I can hardly describe the mansion as welcoming [Spooky pie notwithstanding] but it's certainly intriguing.

Creepy, creepy the scare factor is all there. Your ghosts and mists hang in the night with glows drawing the conscience deeper ino the scene.

excellent - if i had to say what i love most at this picture i had to say - wow - what a light - look at this poison green light in the windows and this scary dust all over the graveyard - but really if this butler asked me wether i would come in - hmmmmmmmm i think i would run like hell. stunning immage - this is really a excellent work. your friend uwe (thank you for all)
