Description

I think loneliness and heartache is not just a "human condition", although it afflicts us mightly at times. Mermaids must get lonely, too, don't you think? **************************** This is for Nathalie Moore, who introduced me to 3D several years ago, and has been a "mentor" in so many ways since then. Nathalie has helped to set up my website.....(twice). She is now working full time in graphics and has done a bodacious mermaid set for the DAZ V3 mermaid tail......."Jewels of the Sea". It's got lots of tail texture choices and a special "tail jewel" and will be here real soon. I did six tropical backgrounds for her to include in the set...including this one. Formerly known as "islandgraphics", she is now "GraphicsMuse". Thanks for all you've done for me, my true and steadfast friend. If you love mermaids, you should take a look at her gallery. :O) The cool tail jewels are by Helmut Schaub, known around here as "lollypop".

This is a striking image and pose, with such emotion on her lovely face. After watching The Little Mermaid (I've lost count how many times), I'm certain mermaids have feelings.:o) Beautiful texture on her tail. Lavender is one of my favorite shades. Wonderful work. CC

The interesting thing here is the setting. Such a perfect place for lovers to be close. Sunset? A time for romance. It makes here lonely plight that much more poignant.
