Description
- - I don't quite know why - This is just a picture I took of a piece of farm machinery - I did this a couple months ago - with the post work it ended up more interesting - but I had not felt comfortable enough with it to post - It started to haunt me so... now I can rid myself - I think that being unsure of reaction to so much postwork may be why - I would like to know if you feel this is appropriate to post here - But thats what this image is all about - Postwork in photography - I hope you can share your feelings on this subject - Thank You for viewing -

This is surreal and fatastiscal.....a creature of our own making yet so out of this world... Is it still a photo? That is not for me to say.... Have I enjoyed your vision? Yes, most definitely.....

hey- postwork happens! :D still works for me in this gallery because it still resembles the original... i see this type of farm equipment a lot around here & find these strange contraptions intriguing & innovative in their use :]

No wonder it haunted You. I have similar photos, but they have no "Life" ...Your's does!

I have tried self-propelled combines and tractors of classic type in post but found that people on Rendersosity don't respond as expected mostly I think because of their urban core. It isn't lack of ancient scien as I found a horse-drawn plow to be even less interesting. You should hear the crys of dismay and "that's too hard, no one wants to go back to that!!" from those who say they would like to live in a cabin in the woods for the primitive bargain with nature when you ask if they would like to go back to plowing with oxen. As an image you've given the image the real sense of metallic and chemical.
