Description

This is the basically complete version of my deep sea fangtooth (it's not a perfect biological representation, it's just based on a fangtooth). The translucency was actually a bit of a trick, in C4D, and I couldn't make the red, translucent parts work without a volumetric light illuminating it. But the effect works not too bad I think. Overall I am happy with this picture, but comments and further suggestions would be great! Overall I think I spent two and a half weeks on and off making it. Cinema4D R8.1 & Bodypaint Thanks for looking!

Wow! Much better than your first one! Just maybe you can make the water a bit more watery.

N.B. if this was 1024x768, it'd be my desktop wallpaper at work straight away...!

Hey thanks! Just uploaded a 1024x768 and a 1600x1200 version (http://c4d.preik.net). Heh, it's my desktop (1600x1200) also - but then whatever I'm currently working on seems to be my desktop ;)
