Description

This is an improved version of Sunrise, which you can see in my gallery. I took the comments from Sunrise and improved the image and this was the out come. I used Photoshop for the lights and added a boat in Bryce as well as changing the suns location. Anyway, hope you like it, can you see anywhere that can be improved, if so please post a comment and give this image a rating, thanks. David

It's alot better now, it seems more a complete image. The only thing that would possibly need changing now is the placements and somewhat the look of the lights on the buildings and ships (Not really needed) and a more visible area where the sun is. Right now you can't see where it went. Excellent use of the suggestions though to make the alterations. It's leagues better now.

I notice the changes and I guess it has a improved look now. The boat has added a nice dimension to it and the buildings no longer look abruptly standing on the banks of the water. Great work.:)

I think that your changes have definitely improved the picture. It has much more depth now; the lights and the ship link the foreground and middleground nicely. I like your little touch of the navigation lights on the ship's funnels; it's little details like this that make a picture stand out. I see that moving the sun has turned your sunrise into a sunset; a pity as the colouring of your original sky was very nice. You may be able to get it back (if you want to) by setting your sky options in the Sky&Fog controls to 'Custom Sky' and then experimenting with Sky and Sun Glow colours. I'm afraid that's what Bryce is all about - hours of endless tweaking while your coffee gets cold! But it's fun. 8-) Good stuff; keep up the good work.
