Description

I feel a bit happy that I made this rook, but I'm a bit dissapointed because I only made the top piece of the rook because the tutorial was just teaching about subtratction of vertices. I would make the rook completely from scratch, but I want to complete all tutorials before I go independant. Pat on the back right there. I might make a chess set after all of these tutorials are done.

But (gasp!) I like it! I can see a pattern here,too;-) Eventually you will have a beautiful set--the knights may present a challenge, unless you decapitate a Poser horse, though;-)

If you apply a smooth modifier to the top that you created, it might just smooth it out with the base to make a seemingly seamless top.
