Description

Okay, folks--I really, really, REALLY need some feedback. This is my second try at making a major improvement in my lighting techniques. I need some suggestions for improvement! I hadn't originally intended to post this, otherwise there would have been a better background. Please tell me what you think of the lighting!!!! As always, thank you all so much for looking. I really like the lighting on it. It's bright enough to see without being overwhelming. It casts nice shadows, too. It could be a little dimmer, but not much. Good job!

Lighting sets both mood and tone of your picture. Your diffuse lighting is quite appropriate for intricate subjects where all elements are to be seen. However, try Rerendering your drawing above with more dramatic lighting - spotlights on just the main 2 figures - forget the rest. I think you'll be pleased with the results. Well done! -Mikhail
