Description

Found these again, same place as last year. Must be getting REALLY old; measuring time with the mushroom season. [These are quite deadly, BTW.]

The colors are so nice in this.....could use more sharpness in this one I think....just a tad soft IMHO, but you know me. So no licking this one eh?

Yeep I didn't like the looks on the other picture. You can see just a little bit of the volva on the middle one..So what kind of amanitia is it A. leptirosa?

Ther's one mushroom whose consumption causes no ill effects for 3 weeks, at which point your liver melts. This is one case where erring on the side of caution is brilliant.

could use more sharpness in this one I think I know what you mean. I have about a dozen shots from different points of view, and every one either has DOF lacking or motion blur. :-( What is REALLY needed is more light! Or faster film. Think I need to cobble together something like a tent spike with a tripod head? Here the bottom of the camera was actually pressed into the dirt, but still couldn't hold steady enough. A right angle viewfinder would also help.

This really appeals to me, I can almost imagine being a really small person! I just went through your butterfly tutorial.....might try some of the tricks with these 'shrooms. ;o)
