Description
There's a story behind this one. I recently filmed a documentary on the first woman to
head one of the two major fireworks companies
in Japan, Kagiya, which has a tradition of
putting on fireworks displays that goes back several centuries. I was impressed with her
and with her show held at the Edo river in
Tokyo--in which over 15,000 explosives were
used. I decided to make a fractal for her.
Here it is. UF3

Spectacular fireworks. Interesting info about the fireworks lady.

Well, the word "spectacular" came to mind as the image was loading. Since it's already been used, I'll add brilliant- an extravaganza of form, color and light..and..I love it! :)

Splendiferous! Really amazing fireworks, and a great fractal.

I've reupped an anti-aliased version which is smoother at the expense of a bit of sharpness. Thanx for the nice comments. You might have noticed that I had to use a tweaked version of the Lake transform to get the reflections in the right places...
