tallpindo's comment intriques me...as the profile and hair (and a recent theatrical production) immediately reminded me of Eva Peron.....With or without any speciafic reference, this is a lovely, warm image....I like it very much ....

Don't know about the politics, unless it is perhaps the politics of love with the candle held up into the woman; ambiguity is good for the masses! Very well done.
