Monumental effort! Looking very good so far. My only bit of helpful criticism would be for your textures... as early as this point, it would be good to consider how you are going to tackle texturing this. Might not work too well with a repeating seamless tile. :o)

I love this image, great work! Can't wait to see what it looks like @ the end. i would have to agree with moebius87 about the textureing. aside from that - great work!!!
