I answer to the city question - yes, from 6 terrains using a schematic greyscale picture for the height info (not the first or last time I will use this method.) As for the ships - no, not mine - off the web. BD

I love the composition and the cityscape is great, but the ships are poor models and let it down as a whole IMO!
