BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

Now this is so wonderful to look at. The addition of the large plasma sphere is so stunning and the colors are hypnotic. It is hard to believe that 2 talented people such as your selves can keep improving, but you do and I love to see that you keep posting better and better renders. If I may make the comparison, your work here reminds me of the movie Bambi. Mother running from her home with her child (that she MUST protect) while their life is being destroyed by something she can do nothing about. But I always see the symbol of fire as a renewal of life and just the way things are. Splendid work of art! This one is very powerful in my eyes. Mark
