Description

Hi everybody. Gee, this prog is fantastic! :) I had some fun in modeling with Hyper-NURBS (the three pieces are originated from a simple cube), and I'm trying my hand with simple shaders (the metal). I used a spherical HDR image on a sky object (but I rendered it with normal settings). Wood texture from Lemog. Please, comment and criticism are not only welcomed, but really wanted. For example, I'd like a lot to know how to make the fork points more... pointy :) Thanks for looking and have a great week. Stefano.

Beautifully designed eating utensils! Lovely table as well. I can't wait to see what you can do when you master this program, if this is just the learning stage!

whew, give an artisan a tool and it's hard to say what will happen. Fabulous... very usable and to boot i have a very fond look at my weekend of degustation, so i should know hehe. Eureka! to you, but i didn't get that far north, just Sonoma (a sideways joke) Seriously, wine would be easy to render, However now, stefano, the food? how to make it not look you know what? Can you do some cheese, lettuce, a veal chop or a ratatouille to go with it? Italian food is OK! I'll easily vote on its merits and vote if only to give you a mighty kicker (in the gentlest sense of course)

Lucky for you, I'm taking a C4D course at school, and finding it quite fun. I'm assuming you're using hyperNURBS? If so, go into point selection mode at the left of the screen, then select the tips of the fork. Hold the period button and drag the mose left and right to add to the point's weight. This also works for edges and polygons.

I can't tell you how to make the fork points more pointy, but I like what I saw up till now. I know that it won't be long until you master c4d like you did with Bryce.Keep on playing DC.

Add a line of mesh with the knife tool near to end of prongs. Go into point mode select end of prongs- drag out and using size tool reduce area of those four points. Use your judgement.

I like it. Kinda like airline cutlery not quite sharp enough to do any damage. I'm looking forward to the next version.
