Obviously I agree with the first comment above :) Like a camera is nothing without a good photographer behind, filters are nothing without a great artist working after.. :) And the result here, with a "technical title", is full of mood and grace :) Thank you for sharing, my friend :) Wonderful..

how to ... -? - how to make art like yours ?? - but hey, cool, now i have only to follow this 8 steps --- and bingo, i have an artwork like yours --- and than i am the same great artist like you, why didnt you tell me this earlier?!? - lllllllllllllllooooooooooooollllllllllll - hey tania, be honest, not the brushes or blurs or whatever make your art - YOU are the one - YOUR wonderful mind makes your art - YOUR vision is the reason why your immages look as they look - nice to know how you do some things, but no one will be able to make immages like you do, and if, it will be only a cheep copy of an original tania - you really own your own style - this is what makes you outstanding, what makes your immages so special --- thank you for letting us know how you create them - but more i have to thank you for your wonderful mind, your visions, your talent - tania, you and your art are something very special - thanks for sharing it with us - uwe -

Thanks for your explanation, Tania... I'm afraid if I would do all the steps the result would be truly bad ;o)... It's the artist and the talent not the tools ;o) that makes a splendid work! HUGZ

I know who this reminds me of now...Fay Wray, a 1920's movie actress. It's a wonderful image, just a moment of silent seduction in those beautiful haunting eyes. Nobody could ever replicate your work my dear, it's unique...just like you.

extra credit! what a GREAT picture and your secrets too TOO fun. now i've got to try it! laughing because i agree with j-art, even if we all followed the steps, it's mainly before the first step! (perhaps step zero: think of the image you want!) and the last step of brushing that are not possibly the same, if you are not tania!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - your images are pure magic! Thank you for the nice "tutorial", you make it sound so easy and simple, lol. I wonder if the girl in your images is you or someone else. Either way, she is beautiful, and she has such a special look, one you don't see every day. This is a beautiful image, thnak you for sharing.

Ain't the good people at Trans-Meta-Mayo, or somebody like that, selling "Great Artist Composition Tools" yet? Geeez. The rest is subsidiary to the magnificence in the upper right (viewer's) quadrant, with beautiful surface and depth, subtle volume, and a "feel" of almost disembodied head. Neo-Betty Boop definitely, but at Oxford, and pouting because Wittgenstein won't fit in a private, face-to-face explication of the Tractatus for her. But, hey, cheer upBertie's got the time to 'splain anythin' and everythin' you might want to hear, hehe. Superb!

In a helpful way, I will personally say I don't like your atwork because, as far as I can see them, I humbly think it doen't bring nothing much than stimuting negativeneness. ( Do you say negativity in english ?) But do not take it hard, it's only me who think so, I think it's just allowed on RR to say why some of us don't like it...And I really do not. Maybe we don't have the same trip. It's nothing against you. You have a great artist's talent, but what about the meaning of what you try to express ? I don't understand. Dead bodies of the past? Thanks if you wished & explain this to me, to others. That would be helful to me, maybe to others too. Thanks. Great talent, but what is the aim ?

I can't believe my eyes,What is wrong with Klau. But freedom of speech and everyone has a different taste and all that,Right.Agreed. Tania each and every image off you is beautiful and stimulates the imagination in all kind off directions. They all got something mysterious about them and I do like mysterious things. This one is beautifully composed and has a nice soft look and I love the coloring. The model is a very nice woman with special eyes and I'm waiting for an image with you as the model.[LOL]I know already that that one is going straight to my favorite images.[More LOL] Don't make me wait to long.[3X LOL] Your images rock and you Rule Tania. Keep 'em coming Girl,Big Love from Longrider.

I once had a portrait teacher tell me that there are two types of people in this world...hard cold pricklies...and...soft warm fuzzies. To me, some of your work has a hard, cold message,..but you deliver that message with soft warm fuzzies. And that is precisely what gives your work its fascinating fresh approach. I think you have a talent that is beyond reproach. Take the good comments with the bad and keep doing your art your way. And by the way...thanks for the tutorial ! [];^)

Beautiful as ever Tania! I read your "how to" to see what you used, but, just as two people could use sticks and draw in the sand the artisty and artist eye would make the art, not the material or tools used. :-) Your artistry is always a delight to see!

I would like to respond for Tania on Klaus's question in TRUE ART 101. Too many individuals are caught up in HAVING TO BE EXPLAINED what an artists work means. True art is lost in years past and in schools everyone seems to have an artists work explained to them. THIS IS CRAP! Get it out of your head. ART IS AN EXTENSION OF THE ARTISTS EMOTIONS BREATHING LIFE ONTO CANVAS, IT IS DRAWN OUT IN COLORFUL METAPHOR TO STIR THE VIEWERS EMOTIONS. IT HAS NO TRUE MEANING OTHER THAN WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU THE VIEWER. Sorry for yelling, but it really pisses me off when individuals have to seek some sort of meaning out of an artists work. A viewing will stir different emotions for each individual, THATS WHY IT IS CALLED ART!! If your life is that droll that you must find meaning in everything around you, then I pity your soul because your life must be full of missed opportunities to see the beauty in what this world has to offer. MEANING - Life is too short. Tania, you keep painting your emotions, they are awesome!:}
