::: Part 18 of a series of Warbird Photos ::: Taken at the Planes of Fame Museum on Chino Airport, California at the 'British Airpower' Event. (8/6/03) Aircraft is a North American SNJ Texan (the Navy version of the AT-6 Texan). The Texan was one of the greatest Trainers ever made and mass produced. The white smoke coming from the Texan is typical on all of the warbirds even though they fire them up nearly 2-3 times a month! Camera is a digital Minolta Dimage 7hi (5 MP). This image has been shrunk down to 33% of the original full size. Custom White Balance with manual focus and shutter set to 1/350 (for partial prop blur).
