I don't like the water, but... everything else is fantastic : terrain, pov, light/atmo, old eroded strata, a very beautiful one !

Ich habe es geschafft und kann endlich das Bild sehen :-). Hat sich gelohnt, ist Dir wirklich sehr gut gelungen, kann mich den Anderen nur anschlien, wobei ich das Wasser gut finde.

surface is magnificent, as is the lighting and, though it seems offsetting at first, I can't think of another treatment for the water that would have worked as well - an image in the best of the 'romantic' tradition

This could be called: "First Light of Day". Very, very beautiful composition. Yes, the water is a bit subdued, but it is in shadow. The strata on the terrain is outstanding. Excellent work Heiko.
