Description

My favorite vessle of all time, which took me 2 weeks to finnish. The model, despite being "economically" modeled is currently at 250 MB large. Some post work in Painter Classic. Thank you for viewing!

very cool Dez :) only thing I'd maybe change a little is the colour of the water, perhaps make a little darker and more blue, and if your machine can cope with, maybe some transparency with refraction :)

Excellent stuff. Looks like a real model kit. Love the water.

I really like this. Great work. I like the water too, but it could be a little more transparent.

Your ship is wonderful. Nemo would be proud! I also like the modeled water too.

250mb! Could we see a mesh? The boat/ship should have more of a wet look.

EXCELLENT work - really atmospheric, and I LOVE that sea surface! DOF is perfect too.

This is terrific, in all aspects.. must have been a tonof work and effort. I do have to agree with squidnic above. This is so darn good that any imperfection will show up, and, so, if there is a weak spot, the water is it. Transparency and refelctions/refractions. Hmm that should only .. um.. er... quadruple your rendering time, eh? beautiful work!

I agree on all accounts with squid. Another thing I'd work on is that the sub just doesn't look wet. It looks dry as a bone. Nice work though. -- 3d_e

Amazing! Love it! -despite what anyone else says about the water, it's the best use I've seen my texture put to! Great stuff!
