Excellent work, very eerie feel to this pic for some reason, maybe its just me. Great work on the steel, it looks really good the scratches,rivets and indents in it make it look very genuine.

Very cool indeed great image - and a great song to illustrate. When I was a kid I had (as all the kids my age did) the "Heavy Metal" soundtrack album. As you probably know, that song is featured on that album. I fell in love with it instantly. Had it not been for that record "Dont Fear The Reaper" may have been all I would have known of BOC... and that would be a shame indeed.

Awesome piece. Very haunting. I can't hardly take my eyes off of it. Having the character looking DIRECTLY at the viewer is really powerful for this image. And I'm with choam... love the abraded metal. And like Buddha32, I IMMEDIATELY thought of the HeavyMetal soundtrack when I read that first line!
