Description

At the suggestion of livin 4 jesus and coolcatcom, I reworked the original image a bit. This is the (hopefully) improved version (I know, the volcanoe needs a lot of work!). I think I'm on the right track though. Let me know what you think. Fire mat is Clay's Fire from Freestuff.

It's really getting there and once finished it will be a beautiful piece. Just an idea here if you have the volcanic stuff while still exploding upwards it could be ozing down towards the front face of the mountain some how. (I know easier said than done) It's an excellent piece of work as it is but I'am looking forward to the finished piece. Best Regards

The colors are beautiful and the fire is great. The way you have made land and water combined makes for a very lovely realistic landscape! Great render. The dogwood trees are awesome also.

Thank you all for looking. I like the idea of volcanic stuff oozing down the mountain. Not sure how to accomplish that. Any ideas? Maybe Bryce metaballs...

I like the changes you have made, adding fire and ashes was a great idea. Love the grass and trees too gives it a much more balanced look, though I really liked the original. Happy you stayed with the same colors, they are beautiful!
