BIO
I spent 5 years working for a leading Park Ave, advertising firm. From there I moved on and I am currently a Telecommunications and Networking professional working on projects around the world. I get to do 3D for my job but not nearly as much as I'd like. Lightwave, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver are but a few apps in which I am proficient.

How was that smoke cloud done? It is very realistic? I allways like to view your images as they are almost allways complete scenes as opposed to just object showcases.

The smoke cloud was done by creating a toroid in modeler and then converting the points into single point polygons. Then deleting the toroid polygons and using the single point ploygons as the body for the HV shader. It animates really well and this technique could probably make a awsome mushroom cloud. Apply a morph to the single point polugons and envelope the texture and Bango a roiling billowing circular smoke cloud.
