Hi there, hmm lets see.... my names Tristan im 21, ...err ok thats it.BIOive been using 3d (mainly maya) since around february 2003, after a doing a degree in genetics at aberystwyth university (wales) i was so fed up with science i wanted to try something completly different, im entirely self taught and still learning, :)

If the back ground had just a hint of blue it would really show off the depth if the image. This would make a lovely illustration or animation.

One trick for the "illustrated" look is to blur and desaturate the background. . .this brings the viewers' attention to the characters. . .

I really like it flak. About the only change I might suggest is the color scheme. A lot of the color in the foreground and background are alike and they kind of wash each other out, if you know what I mean.

Very nice scene! I agree with the color-scheme-comment. When you would use warm colors on the foreground and cool behind it would already help to give clearer depth. Did you Greeble? I like it!
