You know what I think is a shame? That you don't have some sort of story underneath your works. Now we have to guess what kind of masochistic approach would fit this image. Anyway, I like the gradual shift from dark to light. Your textures are good as usual, though the bottom left part seems a bit out of place here (the fence-like texture).

Oh wow. It's motionless but its force is incredible. It's a punch in the chest, no question, because you know beyond doubt what's happened, and the crow just confirms it. It's finality. Magnificent Bev.

Totally striking and compelling. So difficult to look away. An image of horror, but a story told with much magnificence. Is there no hope for a tomorrow?

I think its brilliant how you don't put your interpretation in words as its far more of an adventure when the viewer isn't told what to think. Your work is always emotionally evolving with the viewer, the meaning different with each passing moment. I adore the textures in this, the lines as 'gutter grating' add so much interest, breaking up the weight of the darkness and giving depth with their direction. Thank you So so so much for creating and sharing, I just thank God for my spillproof keyboard HUGEST HUGS

I wait to read the way you've explained this in the forum (if you have). the rotation has all power here. it forces our eyes and our minds and therefore the heart to crave for understanding what turned all so sadly. magnificent :)

A very striking composition Bev, if you dont mind, what photographic judges would call brave, with the crow so central and tight to the doll. I love your unmistakable style and the very hard lighting in this, making it a compelling image. Im likely be way off the mark, but is this beyond doubt the last in this series I hope Im wrong. :0 )

This image reminds me of some of the lower moments that I have seen in life... so desolate... so lonely... tragic. Have I told you that I love your style Bev? I sure as hell do... thank you for sharing this with us, it is a gift.
