Description

An element illustration I created for an upcoming Coors Beers calendar. The image is to accompany the notion that 'the way to a man's heart is via his beer'! ;) I attempted a couple of different methods to model the heart shaped vessel, primarily with splines etc, but when it came to it, I found the easiest and quickest way was in good old box modelling and a hypernurb! :) The glass heart, bubbles (thinking particles), beer shader are all self made in Cinema, the beer froth is composited in post. Cheers! :)

Beautiful work. Truly. I did a raytraced bear scene not too long ago, and the suds are indeed a killer. Your choice to post work it makes so much more sense.. this is exquisite!

This could be like a fire alarm type of deal for those real lushes. In case of beer feening, smash and chug. Excellent job on all accounts. The froth looks like it's in there with everything too. Its all around warm appearance and bubbles are all so lively and fresh. It looks real!
